SHIPPING

Sedra Shapely proud to offer expedited shipping via our courier partners. PLEASE NOTE: All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received, regardless of the selected shipping method. Due to a high demand, order fulfillment times may be delayed. Selecting expedited shipping will not shorten order fulfilment times.

Orders are fulfilled all days just Friday off. Sedra Shapely shipping department is closed on the following 2021 Egypt holidays:

    • Thursday 07 January. Coptic Christmas Day.
    • Thursday 28 January. January 25th Revolution and National Police Day.
    • Thursday 29 April. Sinai Liberation Day.
    • Saturday 01 May. Labor Day.
    • Monday 03 May. Sham El-Nessim.
    • Wednesday 12 May - Sunday 16 May. Eid Al-Fitr.
    • Wednesday 30 June. June 30 Revolution.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURN INFORMATION

  • Merchandise ordered in error may be returned in original unopened packaging. No credit will be given for merchandise after 14 days of receipt.
  • We guarantee all garments to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect prior to use. Due to government regulations, any Sedra Shapely garment that has been opened or worn for any length of time cannot be returned unless defective. Please call Customer Care at +201016655777 immediately to report any defects.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before goods may be returned. To obtain one, contact Customer Care at +201016655777. Please have your order number available.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping products back to the Sedra Shapely warehouse.
  • Items must be returned within 14 working days from date of RA issuance.
  • Credit will be issued based on the invoice amount for the value of the merchandise only, less any applicable restocking fees.
  • Quality Inspections are performed within 10 business days of receiving a returned garment.

EXCHANGES

Sedra Shapely does not offer product exchanges. If a replacement garment is desired, please place a new order and initiate a return request for your current garment (see return instructions above) separately. This way you will receive your new garment as quickly as possible.
