Size Guide

Every Sedra Shapely garment comes in sizes from 2XS to 4XL. Compression garments must fit precisely: too loose and you lose the medical benefit, too tight and comfort suffers.

How to measure

  • Waist: measure at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
  • Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  • Chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.

If you are between sizes after a recent procedure, your surgeon's guidance comes first. As a rule, choose the larger size for the first phase of recovery.
